Diana Williams Oshun and Seán McCarthy were chosen to go forward to the Great Arklow Bake Off after they baked their way through the first round. The Great Arklow Bake-Off final took place on Tuesday 11th October in Glenart College. The Showstopper involved baking 12 cupcakes to reflect the theme of ‘Relationships’, which is the subject of this year’s Arklow Youth Mental Health Week. The theme is also reflected in the fact that working together to produce something wonderful is good for our mental health!
