The Big Dig

On Tuesday April 30th and Wednesday May 1st, 5th and 6th Classes welcomed the School of Irish Archaeology to St. Joseph’s N.S.
The classes engaged in an archaeological workshop which allowed them to explore a replica Viking House through a simulated archaeological dig.
During the dig, the children unearthed Viking treasures and artefacts dating back 1000 years!
