On Friday the 15th of March, Sarah and Becky from Nore Valley Mobile Farm and some of their resident animals came to visit St. Joseph’s. Junior Infants, Senior Infants, Ms. Cosgrave’s and Ms. Skerritt’s classes made friends with some furry friends. The children got a chance to hold and pet some rabbits and hamsters, fed some baby calves and learned about taking care of these animals. There were also baby chicks, ducks, goats, Nellie the donkey and Freddie the Shetland pony. A great day was had by all !
